As promised, I am posting the completed project made from the woodgrain fabric in my last post (please excuse the picture quality - my camera does NOT like the woodgrain pattern) :

Yeah, a skirt! I decided I wanted to explore applique more, so I added the leafy applique, made from cotton fabric I had in my stash for a while.

I also decided to give my blog readers a sneak peek at two aprons I have been working on for when my Etsy shop re-opens in July after my move:
